Design Visual offer a range of architectural design services from initial concept to completion. We are capable and experienced in undertaking projects of different scales & complexities, across a wide range of areas.

Master plan

The architectural services start from an initial consultation and feasibility study, client brief development and a conceptual design to a detailed design, specification, right the way through to site monitoring as well as project management. This encompasses planning and building regulations application & approval. At Design Visual we also have the experience to create architectural features within the interior design.

With a proven track record in tradition construction methods, we are also well established in the design of modern and innovative constructions and their techniques. We are specialists in the design of high profile residential dwellings, whether it be new build, renovation or added extensions to modern or listed historic buildings we have an enviable reputation within the county of Warwickshire. With also experience in the leisure, commercial and community sector we can cater for almost any project you may have in mind, as well as welcoming the opportunity of working outside of our project core areas.

Initial consultation & brief

Before the onset of any design, Design Visual like to gain a clear view of the clients requirements & needs, so that the aspirations can be fully met.

Design

Preparation of the design puts the initial ideas and concept down onto paper so that it can be fully understood, as well as being able to make an indication of cost. This stage also gives us the opportunity to gain views from the local authority. The development of the design allows us to progress the scheme which can be submitted for planning approval to the local authority.

Detailed design

Progressing the initial design into a more detailed stage, allows us to describe the proposal more fully, as well as preparing a full set of drawings and specification to gain building regulations approval. This also allows the design to be accurately costed.

Production to tender stage

Following on from building regulations submission, we can prepare a package of additional drawings and specification to a more detailed state for submission of tendering, to gain prices from a selection of building contractors to achieve the most competitive quote.

Construction

From the initial commencement on site, to completion and handing over the building, Design Visual can provide a variety of services including full inspections & support to assist the contractor and reassure the client.
